Agitating sanitation workers of the municipal corporation in Delhi will abstain from work in a one-day symbolic strike on December 28, in support of their demands concerning salary, arrears and health card. "The sanitation workers under the three municipal corporations will be on strike on December 28 since all means of protest have failed to evoke any positive response from the corporation officials and Delhi government," claimed Sanjay Gehlot, president of Swatantra Mazdoor Vikas Samyukt Morcha.
