Demand for providing child care leave, which is now being provided to all Central government women employees, was stressed during the 30th annual meet of LIC Working Women Subcommittee (Madurai Zone) of All India Insurance Employees Association here on Sunday. G. Aruna, convenor of the committee, said while child care leave had been provided to all Central government employees, it was still not granted for LIC employees.
