The Delhi government on Wednesday launched the ‘Mission Kushal Karmi’ programme under which labourers registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board will be offered a skill development training course. The government will also provide a sum of at least ?4,200 to each worker who takes the course to compensate for the loss of work during the 15-day programme.
