The Governor constitutes Sub--ivisional Level Vigilance Committee for all sub-divisions of the State The Committee is to have-Sub Divisional Magistrate as Chairman, 3 persons of SC/ST and residing in the district nominated by SDM, 2 Social Workers resident of the district nominated by SDM, not more than 3 persons to represent the official or non official agencies of the sub division connected with rural development nominated by the SDM, one representative of Central Co-operative bank or rural bank or commercial bank to be nominated by SDM, Deputy Collector Incharge Land Reforms in the sub division.
